What to Expect
1. Consultation & design. We discuss the look you want and design a lash map tailored to your eyes.
2. Application. Relax with your eyes closed while each extension is applied to an individual natural lash — never to the skin.
3. Aftercare review. We walk you through simple care steps so your set stays beautiful between visits.
4. Refills. Lashes follow a natural 60–90 day growth cycle, so the base of each extension gradually grows away from the lid. We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks to keep your set full. Some natural shedding between visits is completely normal.

- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
- Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based eye products for 24 hours before your visit.
- Do not use an eyelash curler on the day of your appointment.
Aftercare (Summary)
- Keep lashes dry for the first 24–48 hours.
- No steam, saunas, or swimming for the first 48 hours.
- Avoid oil-based products on or around the lashes — they break down the adhesive.
- Do not rub, pull, or pick at your extensions.
- Sleep on your back when possible to avoid pressing lashes into the pillow.
- Schedule refills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

Appointment policy: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session, and the full service price will apply. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations so we can offer your slot to someone on the waiting list. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
