Appointment policy: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session, and the full service price will apply. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations so we can offer your slot to someone on the waiting list. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
